Methods of Payment
All sales are final. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card for on-line purchases. All charges will appear payable to Simulation Curriculum
Billing Address and Delays in Shipping
We will verify that the name and billing address on your order matches the name and address on the credit card account you've provided for payment of your order. If they do not match, your order will be delayed so that we may contact you to receive the correct information. We may also contact you to verify your approval of a shipping address that is different than the billing address.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order when it is processed and another confirmation when it is shipped (including the tracking number).
Celestron Orders
Celestron hardware products will ship separately from Simulation Curriculum products and may require an extra 1-3 days processing time.
Backorders and Expected Shipping Dates
When an item is out of stock we will email you with the expected shipping date as soon as possible.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Contact Us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to intercept your order and make the requested changes.
Return of Download Products
Simulation Curriculum does not offer refunds for software products that are downloaded.
Restocking Fee
15% restocking fee for hardware and accessories.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all non-exempt orders.
